I have used this for over 800 miles of commuting as well as over 800 miles of offroad. I have used in the rain, mud, sun, and cold. It is mounted to a 2024 Husqvarna Norden 901 Expedition.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front):
I am impressed with the brake lever. Much more solid than stock, very little flex. The adjustment moving the lever further away from the bike makes it much easier to apply the brake. My boot no longer slips off, and I am also no longer searching for it when riding, ESPECIALLY offroad. It again provides more rider confidence when it counts! The brake foot pad itself provides a positive grip to your boot, meaning no more slips or searching for it! Also, I have dropped the bike on that side and the lever has help up perfectly, NO ruined rides! MADE IN AMERICA, by Andrew Vanasche from billet to complete product.

Product Description

A Heavy Duty Billet aluminum brake pedal machined for an exact fit for the KTM 790/890 Adventure R/S models as well as the Husqvarna 901 Norden. The tapped hole through the lever cross section used for the pedal stop bolt is a notorious weak point. We've added a significant material increase in this particular area for a pedal that won't let you down. We guarantee it.

In addition to these features. We have moved the braking surface away from the engine towards the rider's foot by 5/16" (8mm). The 790/890 brake lever is offset from the footpegs further than any other bike we have measured. For some, it is quite difficult to locate the lever in it's current position. This minor adjustment makes your rear brakes much easier to find especially when combined with larger adventure footpegs.
